Homespun Country Inn

The Homespun Country Inn is a turn of the century Queen Anne style Inn was built in 1902.  The large front porch is most inviting to sit and relax on after a busy day of site seeing.  The quarter sawn oak foyer invites guests into the main floor common rooms.  Leaded glass adorns the windows in both parlors and the stain glass windows in the dining room are an added touch to this comfortable setting.  The five non-smoking guest rooms, on the second and third floors, were named for the original occupants of the house.  Room amenities include, private baths, cable tv/vcr, WiFi and central air conditioning.  A full breakfast is served by candlelight in the dining room.  Early morning coffee and teas are available an hour before breakfast.  The Inn is within walking distance to local antique and specialty shops.  Amish Acres and Dutch Village are just a mile west and we can map an area of the many cottage businesses in the country that have much to offer.  We are happy to reserve theater tickets at The Round Barn Theater and will have them waiting for you upon arrival.  Let us plan an authentic dinner in an amish home during your visit with us.  Ask Dianne for details.
