Just 40 miles from Louisville, located in the heartland of Indiana, between Salem and Mitchell, off of State Road 60 and only minutes away from Spring Mill State Park and the Vinetree Farm Estate Winery and Art Gallery of original watercolor paintings. Tour the Pioneer Village, with its massive water-powered grist mill, hike one or more of seven trails, see the Virgil I Grissom Memorial, a tribute to America’s second man in Space and enjoy a Picnic basket filled with great tasting treats. Fried Chicken or Chicken Salad on Croissants, cheese & crackers, fresh fruit, and cookies with beverage choice of a thermos of Strawberry Lemonade, Blueberry Ice Tea or Bottled Water.
