You won't find us just off the highway or around the center of town. You will take roads to Mirror Lake that will give you an opportunity to sights that you would never see from the highways. Like clotheslines attacked to the barn on a pulley system. Or children playing with their pony and carts. Mirror Lake B&B is nestled in the middle of Amish country. On a 175 acre working farm with crops of corn or beans and Holstein cattle raised for market. Enjoy your private lake cottage we call the "Bunkhouse". Peace and quiet is everywhere listen to the sounds of nature or the clip clop of the horses. Nothing like relaxing on the water and even better if your catching fish. Mirror Lake is a private 12 acre spring fed lake surrounded by only 3 homes. This lake is known for its great fishing of Blue Gills, Bass and Crappie's. Take in the ever so beautiful stars in the sky. Relax with a beautiful sunset or a walk in the woods on the mowed trails. Your welcomed into our 180 year old home for a full farm breakfast or breakfast can be served to you at the Bunkhouse. We are located minutes from 2 Amish communities Topeka and Shipshewana. Many Amish greenhouses, produce stands and markets. Local Amish retails all within minutes from Mirror Lake. Stay in the center of it "all" in Amish country. In northern Noble county at Mirror Lake Bed and Breakfast. Arrive after 3:00pm and make sure you get a good night sleep for your days ahead. You are welcomed into our 180 yr. old home for a "full farm" breakfast. The start the "Barn Quilt" tour as soon as you walk out of the house. View all 5 of Kathy's hand painted (by her) "Barn Quilt" blocks of different sizes and patterns.Then off 1/2 mile north to Lagrange county. As you follow your map to find our "Barn Quilts" take in the local scenery. Have lunch at one of the quaint family eatery's. Meander through the countryside looking at "Barn Quilts" and return to Mirror Lake B&B. Try dinner at the "new" Copper Top restaurant. Start your morning again with a "full farm" breakfast. Then begin your tour to Ligonier, Indiana. Over 30 "Murals" are painted on the sides of buildings detecting the lifestyles of the early 1800's in Ligonier. Stop at Annie Oakley's Perfumery (only one in the US.)and make "your own scent". Enjoy a late lunch at Fashion Farm or the Charger House (both family owned and operated). Have a safe drive as you return home. $10.00 gas card, "Barn Quilt" maps and "Mural" information provided. This can be "Barn Quilt" or "Mural" tour only and a one night stay.

It doesn't have to be February for romance. Any day will do. To get away and reconnect with each other. This package can be customized for your personal comforts. Relaxing or deep tissue massage (3/4- 1 hour) can be arranged in the "Bunkhouse" for the two of you. Have a fresh flower arrangement sitting in the room when you arrive. I can have the drinks of your choice chilling on ice for you. A catered dinner of your choice can be served to you or delivered to the Bunkhouse door. People who enjoy crafting but just doesn't seem to have time to do it at home. Check in the Bunkhouse after 3:00 Check in main house at 6:30 Friday night to work in an 18x28 living room space. Check out Sunday by 4:00pm. Provided 4 - 6ft. tables, chairs & lighting. With a 24" Cricut & 4 cartridges & an Ironing board as well. A full farm breakfast will be served both mornings. Saturday night an area pizza place delievers $35.00 of pizza at your requested time. Get away with friends or family, work on your hobby & get as much or as little done as you like. You'll have hours of time.
