This lovely Victorian 25 room mansion was built for entertaining. The lower level contains a dining room with original Waterford crystal sconces and a butler's pantry with complimentary refreshments. Also available is a large and cozy library with one of eleven fireplaces, and a baby grand piano with computerized piano disk system. Guests may choose from one of nine large and beautifully decorated guest rooms, some with fireplaces, private balcony, claw foot tubs, marble sinks or Jacuzzi, all but two with private baths. Lovely landscaped one acre estate with lawn swings, gardens, gazebo and fountains. The Bavarian style Carriage House is an architectural gem, totally unique to the area and has been renovated into an 800 square foot second floor suite with two bedrooms, two baths (one with a jetted shower and one with a two-person jacuuzi tub) kitchen, living room, and screened-in veranda.
Your stay at The Oliver Inn always includes a full hot breakfast each morning, and complimentary snacks and soft drinks in our butlers' pantry 24 hours a day.
Each of our rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, soft comfortable robes, deluxe bath amenities, Cable TV, hair dryers, clock radio w/CD player, and ambient sound machines. DVD players are also available, and free high-speed wireless internet is available to all guests, and is accessible throughout this one-acre estate.
We have gift certificates available in any amount, or for one of our packages. The most popular package is "3 Mansions in 1 Trip" which includes dinner at the Studebaker Mansion (Tippecanoe Place) right next door. Rated 13 out of 13 possible points plus an "outstanding" by the Historic Preservation Commission and highly rated by Select Registry.

3 Mansions Package (08/10/2007 12/31/2008) Your stay at The Oliver inn includes overnight accommodations in one of our lovely, beautifully appointed rooms, a $35 certificate for dinner at Tippecanoe Place (formerly Clement Studebaker's Home) and 2 tickets to tour the Copshoholm Mansion at The Northern Indiana Center for History. A full hot breakfast is always included in your stay. Packages start at $165 Sun-Thur and $195 on Fri-Sat. Not available during special event weekends.
Elegant Dinner Package (08/10/2007 12/31/2008) Your package includes overnight accommodations in one of our Deluxe Suites (check with innkeeper for specific rooms) and a $75 certificate for dinner at LaSalle Grill, located just minutes walk from the inn. A full hot breakfast is always included each morning. Package price starts at $209 Mon-Thur, and $239 Fri-Sat. Not available on Sunday evenings, and special event weekends.
I Blew It, I'm in the Dog House (08/10/2007 12/31/2008) Did you forget her birthday? Your Anniversary? Valentines Day? Do you want to get out of "The Dog House?" Treat your love to an overnight stay at The Oliver Inn, in one of our deluxe rooms. Your package also includes 1 Dozen Roses, 1 Dozen Belgium Chocolate Truffles, and Dinner at LaSalle Grill (a $75 value) A romantic candlelight breakfast is always included in your stay. Make her the center of attention during your "Special Evening", and she'll probably forgive you. Package starts at $265 Sun-Thur and $290 Fri-Sat.
