The Indiana Bed and Breakfast Association (IBBA) began in 1987 with 12 charter volunteer members, a group of Innkeepers with a vision to maintain high standards and warm hospitality. We currently represent over 85 of the finest Bed and Breakfasts throughout the State.
Our Mission
The Indiana Bed and Breakfast Association represents only Innkeepers dedicated to providing a memorable experience in special overnight accommodations and attentive service for the traveler. We strive for high standards in cleanliness, safety and professionalism.

An on-line E-newsletter to keep you informed of IBBA news and trends in the Bed and Breakfast industry. All members are invited and encouraged to submit articles. IBBA will keep you informed and up-to-date on issues of interest, legislation that will affect your business, and marketing opportunities through regular e-mail notification in “Inn Between Guests”.

INN-TO-INN
This is one of your best marketing tools and the opportunity for you to get to know your peers. As a participant in this program, there are no upfront costs, no membership forms to fill out. Just allow an IBBA member to enjoy a night at your Bed and Breakfast at a reduced cost of $35.00 plus tax. The Host Inn may have Black out dates.

IBBA Membership - Apply Now
Properties may apply for membership anytime during the year. Please call the Executive Director to answer any questions you may have @ 877-846-4222. Application materials for IBBA can be sent via U.S. Mail or may be downloaded. We encourage you to apply for membership at your earliest opportunity, since your membership benefits begin immediately upon inspection and approval. Although applications are accepted throughout the year, fees must be received no later than October 31st for inclusion of the Inn in the next year's directory. Give your Bed and Breakfast Inn increased visibility immediately with your listing and link on http://www.indianabedandbreakfast.org
2008 membership – Same Year
After approval, your benefits and listing on www.indianabedandbreakfast.org will begin; however, your Inn will not be included in the same year directory. Immediately following your completed application, payment of administration and inspection fees, your Inn will then be set up for an inspection.
Dues are discounted for new members. Your discounted dues amount is 50% off the base and room fees.
Example of discounted fees:
$75.00 base fee + $7.50 for each guest room
$100.00. administration fee is a one time fee.
2-guest room - $75.00 + $15.00 + $100 Administration Fee = $190.00
3-guest room - $75.00 + $22.50 + $100 Administration Fee = $197.50
5-guest room - $75.00 + $37.50 + $100 Administration Fee = $212.50
2009 Membership
Your completed application, administration, inspection fees, membership fee and related materials must be postmarked on/before October 31, 2008 to guarantee inclusion in the 2009 Indiana Bed & Breakfast Directory, to be released in February 2009.
Annual fees: Each year our Inns fees are billed August 1st.
$150.00 base fee and $15.00 per guest room
