The Indiana Bed and Breakfast Association
The Indiana Bed and Breakfast Association began in 1987 with 12 charter volunteer members, a group of Innkeepers with a vision to maintain high standards and warm hospitality. We currently represent over 85 of the finest Bed and Breakfasts throughout the State.
Our Mission

The Indiana Bed and Breakfast Association represents only Innkeepers dedicated to providing a memorable experience in special overnight accommodations and attentive service for the traveler. We strive for high standards in cleanliness, safety and professionalism.

The Indiana Bed and Breakfast Association is proud of its inspection program. We adhere to the highest standards and offer the best and safest possible accommodations to our guests.

“Inn Between Guests”
An on-line E-newsletter to keep you informed of Indiana Bed and Breakfast Association news and trends in the Bed and Breakfast industry.  All members are invited and encouraged to submit articles. The Indiana Bed and Breakfast Association will keep you informed and up-to-date on issues of interest, legislation that will affect your business, and marketing opportunities through regular e-mail notification in “Inn Between Guests”.

Proudly shows that the Bed and Breakfast Inn belongs to a professional organization,
with Inns that are Inspected and Approved. Guest Comment cards available.


This is one of your best marketing tools and the opportunity for you to get to know your peers. As a participant in this program, there are no upfront costs, no membership forms to fill out. Just allow an Indiana Bed and Breakfast Association member to enjoy a night at your Bed and Breakfast at a reduced cost of $35.00 plus tax.  The Host Inn may have Black out dates.
As an inspected and approved member, you only have to pick up the phone or e-mail to get assistance and feedback from your seasoned peers.

IBBA Membership - Apply Now
            Properties may apply for membership anytime during the year. For membership information, contact the IBBA Office, info@indianabedandbreakfast.org or call 877-846-4222. Application materials for Indiana Bed and Breakfast Association can be sent via U.S. Mail or may be downloaded.  We encourage you to apply for membership at your earliest opportunity, since your membership benefits begin immediately upon inspection and approval. Give your Bed and Breakfast Inn increased visibility immediately with your listing and link on http://www.indianabedandbreakfast.org
2013 Membership
Annual fees:
$175.00 base rate per inn with a $15.00 per guest room fee plus administration fee of $50.00 and a non-refundable inspection fee of $75.00 for all applications received
Following passage of inspection and receipt of all realted materials and membership fees your member benefits will become effective. Please contact the Indiana Bed and Breakfast office for additional information at  877-846-4222. Renewal of membership will be based on your anniversary date.
