Hearty Potato Mushroom Soup
Recipe Submitted by the Market Street Inn

1 pound can Sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
4 cans Chicken Broth, about 8 cups
1 10 ounce can Cream of Mushroom Soup
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 large carrot, peeled and sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
pound smoked sausage, diced
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons dill
teaspoon pepper

Combine all ingredients in large soup pot and simmer for approximately
3 hours.
