Pineapple Zucchini Bread

3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup cooking oil
1-1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 cup drained and crushed pineapple
3 cups grated zucchini
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
Chopped walnuts

Beat together oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla, Add zucchini and dry ingredients. Stir in pineapple, raisins and chopped walnuts. Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake in over for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
